Winter weather has it's challenges. As a policy if the schools are closed in Kings County, then no Exercise Class. Listen to local radio stations for Cancellations in regards to other scheduled activities. If you are on our email list, an email will be sent regarding cancellation.

The cost is $2.00 per class per participants. Tai Chi is $5.00 per class per participant. Pay as you go. Join us for a fabulous fun time!

(The proceeds help pay cost of lights and heat for the hall’s use.)

Please bring your own water container, can refill at hall. An exercise mat. A towel for rolling up and placing under neck for floor exercises. Loose clothing and comfortable shoes.
A waiver form to be signed by each participant.

All class instructors are volunteers who are donating their time and expertise.

Classes will be held in the lower level games rooms (back entrance) and upstairs (main entrance). The Hall offers a friendly, safe, non-competitive environment to workout in.
